Shipping policy

At GetTrendCart, every garment is printed on demand specifically for you once an order is placed. This print-to-order model eliminates fashion waste while ensuring premium quality control for every piece.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Production Time: All orders require 2 to 4 business days for production (printing, quality check, and packaging) before being handed over to our courier partners.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your package will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (after production).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5 to 11 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note: Transit times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons, sales drops, or due to regional courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email/SMS with your tracking link and details. You can also track your package directly through our store using your Order Number and Email Address.

4. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

  • GetTrendCart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
